Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center development programs across campus sites in West Texas. You will manage budgets, schedules, and status reports while coordinating with design, construction, and sales engineering teams to deliver scalable data center solutions.

The role requires strong program management experience in commercial construction methods, entitlement and permitting, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in commercial construction management with various delivery methods.
• MS Office proficiency for executive updates.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• US Citizenship required by law for federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Prepare monthly executive updates on development programs.
• Lead master development plans and capex budgets with design/construction teams.
• Manage entitlements and permit requirements.
• Develop and track project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Review contractor pay applications and change orders.
