Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to initiate, plan, execute, and monitor complex data-center projects. You will align objectives with strategic goals, manage scope, schedule and budget, and maintain strong sponsor and vendor relationships to deliver results.

In Irving, TX, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of business/project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred or in progress.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall responsibility for the success of assigned projects.
• Define project objectives and deliverables to meet needs.
• Identify constraints affecting schedule, resources, costs, quality and risk.
• Define scope, schedule, budget and quality levels.
• Prepare and gain approval on a Project Plan and execute it.
• Monitor and report on scope, schedule, costs, resources and risks.
