Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC in New Albany, OH is seeking a Development Sr. Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on assigned campuses.

You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors and Data Center Operations staff to deliver complex data center projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint for updates to executives, and Excel for budgets.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly development program and project status updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create master development programs and capital budgets.
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and site development plans to meet time and budget goals.
• Develop and review plans for product deployment and coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams.
• Lead and participate in procurement, cost estimates, and vendor negotiations.
