TEKsystems is seeking a Construction Manager for a contract role in New Albany, OH. You will oversee onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center projects, coordinating with contractors, designers, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include ownership of construction scope, scheduling and budgeting, cost control, and ensuring safe, compliant handovers. Experience with data centers and CPM scheduling is preferred; travel may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Data center/infrastructure design or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and connectivity systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across phases.
• Data center, mission critical, or retrofit project experience desirable.
• CPM scheduling knowledge and Primavera P6 familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Manage onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and cross functional partners.
• Own construction scope including retrofits and new build outs in North America.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with project controls support.
• Manage costs and negotiate pricing with team members.
• Ensure safe, compliant handover and issue escalation when needed.
• Lead safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
