Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Sr. Project Manager (QAM, Data Center Construction) in Fayetteville, GA to lead quality programs across projects and drive continuous improvement. You will train teams, monitor inspections, and coordinate with the Development Quality Team and MEP partners to ensure safety, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 2+ years of quality management experience including plan development and training.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for data and presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• US Citizenship required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance programs on one or more projects.
• Provide training to project teams and trade partners on quality expectations.
• Lead project quality meetings and monitor inspections and tests.
• Communicate KPI expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the MEP team during commissioning activities.
