Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction Design) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities for assigned projects. You will interact daily with facilities, contractors, engineers, and operations staff, delivering clear written and oral communications.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes, develop master development programs for campuses, and collaborate with procurement and product teams to support client solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Be able to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a master development program for sites and campus design.
