Job summary

Midea America Corp. is expanding its data center cooling business in North America and seeks a senior pre-sales technical solutions professional to support hyperscale and AI data center opportunities.

You will bridge customers, sales, product, and R&D to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable cooling solutions across primary and secondary systems. You will lead discovery, deliver technical proposals, and help shape architectures for high-density deployments, ensuring energy

Qualifications

Experience in data center cooling and mission-critical infrastructures.
Ability to translate customer requirements into system architectures and proposals.
Strong communication skills for engineering and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior pre-sales technical partner for strategic data center customers and collaborate with account managers.
Lead technical discovery and translate requirements into architecture, product selection, and proposals.
Provide expertise across cooling portfolio including chillers, liquid cooling, and precision cooling systems.
Advise customers on architecture, density, redundancy, energy efficiency, and AI/GPU deployments.
Lead or participate in RFQ/RFP responses, technical clarifications, and solution workshops.
Collaborate with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, and system integrators to align on projects.
Coordinate with global product/R&D to ensure technically sound and competitive solutions.
Develop reference architectures and practical solution content to drive growth.
