Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction cost management.
• Strong understanding of construction project management, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
• Travel up to 30% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Budget management for data center construction projects, ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, track expenses, and analyze cost variances to forecast accurately.
• Generate regular financial reports, including cost-to-complete forecasts, budget updates, and variance analysis.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, review bids, and ensure compliance with budget constraints.
• Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement cost control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other partners to align goals and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
