Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction programs. You will partner with project directors and managers to coordinate with contractors, vendors and stakeholders, steering day-to-day activities from planning through execution.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction project management, data center experience, and PMP certification, with a proven ability to drive complex schedules, budgets, and risk across mission-critical

Qualifications

7+ years of construction project management experience in large-scale projects.
Experience in data center construction and mission-critical infra.
PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site observations, safety QA/QC, and problem solving.
Monitor entitlements and permitting processes.
Manage design deliverables schedule and track deviations.
Coordinate design team on RFIs and submittals.
Review construction schedules and update owner schedule.
Lead OFCI coordination and problem solving.
Assist commissioning activities and drive issue resolution.
Collaborate with project leaders; collect data; chase vendors for information; update budgets and reports.
Coordinate with Project Cost Analyst on vendor invoices and percent complete.
Attend project meetings; distribute minutes; follow up actions.
Evaluate GC Change Orders before acceptance.
Prepare data for Monthly Reports, quarterly Board Meetings, etc.
