Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital construction projects, including permitting, procurement coordination, contracting, and administration. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, vendor partnerships, and documentation control across data center initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in data center construction, strong leadership, and proactive cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time completion and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading and managing design teams is required.
• Project management experience on data center projects is preferred.
• Experience with budget analysis, scheduling, change order management, and procurement of vendor services is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality goals are met.
• Produce weekly project reports outlining risks, milestones and variances.
• Lead kick-off meetings and vendor coordination with Applied Digital vendors.
• Oversee data center readiness and ensure alignment with operations and master planning.
• Coordinate closeout activities including documentation and turnover to Operations.
