Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee $100m+ data center builds, focusing on safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality. You will direct teams, coordinate with design and operations, and ensure alignment with client objectives and company standards.

The role requires extensive construction management experience in data centers, excellent communication, and a strong ability to manage complex, multi-site programs across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-project data center construction programs with safety, schedule, budget and quality focus.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Coordinate architecture/engineering activities and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver major capital projects of $100m+ on time and within budget.
• Manage scope, cost estimates, milestones, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee GC/subs, commissioning agents, and MEP teams for project execution.
• Prepare reporting, change management, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Ensure safety programs meet industry-leading standards across sites.
