Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and multi‑million‑dollar projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor performance while ensuring safety and quality across sites.

You bring at least 8 years in construction management, plus proven leadership of 50–100+ technicians and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Textura. Certifications such as PMP, BICSI, OSHA-30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Experience managing large scale data center projects or multi‑million‑dollar projects is highly preferred.
• Preferred certifications: OSHA-30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP.
• Experience leading construction teams of 50–100+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for assigned construction projects with emphasis on safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and present project cost reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop resource plans and coordinate with internal/external teams for estimating and value engineering.
