Job summary

CloudData is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support program management on data center design and construction engagements. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders across active projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in project management, particularly within data center or large commercial construction, and be proficient with tools such as MS Project or Procore.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management for data center or large commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for construction.
• Coordinate between A&E firms, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Produce weekly and monthly program status reports.
