Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks a construction leader to guide large, complex projects across North America. This role directs day-to-day construction operations, coordinates design, procurement, IT/Network, and finance teams, and manages multiple external vendors to ensure quality, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive construction leadership, a relevant degree, and strong CPM scheduling and contract administration skills, with travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in managing commercial construction projects/programs.
• Knowledge of building construction and national-scale PM processes.
• Experience with data center design across North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership for ground-up construction, remodels, and renovations.
• Organize cross-functional work groups (design, procurement, operations, IT/Network, finance).
• Direct up to 25+ external vendors per project (GCs, A&E, suppliers).
• Ensure contracts, cost forecasts, and documentation are well managed.
• Inspect work to meet quality, schedule, and specs.
• Report status and plans to management on a timely basis.
