Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking Sr/Development Project Managers to lead design, preconstruction, and construction delivery across large-scale data center campuses. You will manage budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, commissioning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction and strong data center or MEP infrastructure experience, with proven ability to manage GCs, vendors, and client

This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, commissioning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination from planning through turnover.
