Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-site data center builds of $100m+ each. This role emphasizes safety, schedule, budget, and quality, with 75–100% travel worldwide and close collaboration with Design Managers, GC teams, and clients.

Bachelor’s in engineering/construction management with PMP is preferred. You will operate across international teams, driving realignment and leading project delivery from concept through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional certification preferred.
• Extensive experience managing multi hundred million dollar data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts (lump sum, GMP, design-build) and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead international data center construction projects from planning to hand-off.
• Manage safety, schedule, budget, scope, and quality across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with GC, subs, architects, and customers; report progress to senior leadership.
• Develop risk plans, change management, and financial controls for projects.
• Ensure compliance with design, permits, and environmental requirements.
