Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee $100m+ data center construction projects, driving safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client objectives. The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi‑hundred‑million data center construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate Architecture/Engineering activities and ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Strong knowledge of prime contracts (lump sum, GMP, design‑build, etc.) and EVM methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to safely deliver major capital construction projects of $100m+.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams through all phases: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate GC/subs, commissioning agents, third‑party testers, and MEP teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, Design, MEP) and provide executive status reports.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for vendor selection and contracts.
