Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee high‑value data center builds across international sites. You will direct safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality with a focus on strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.

Travel will be substantial and primarily international, coordinating with Design Managers and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver complex capital projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management or related field.
• LEAN Construction knowledge and application of those tools.
• PMP certification is preferred; LEED/SITES/WELL are desirable.
• Experience with large-scale data center projects and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead international projects with leadership and problem solving to realign scope, schedule, and budget.
• Direct teams to deliver major capital construction projects of $100m+ safely and on time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, operations, finance, and leaders.
• Oversee tasks across all phases: scope, resources, cost estimates, milestones, quality control.
• Coordinate GC/subs, commissioning agents, and testing agencies for on-time delivery.
• Serve as liaison to Design Managers to harmonize Architecture/Engineering activities.
• Lead environmental, entitlement, and permitting support for design teams.
• Implement risk management, change control, and documentation governance.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, Design, MEP) and present to senior leadership.
• Drive strategic sourcing and vendor selection for phase-appropriate needs.
• Ensure field installations meet design specifications and safety standards.
