Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United States seeks a Construction Manager to lead field oversight on major data center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.

You will perform regular site walks, review QC/ITP plans, coordinate testing, and drive corrective actions with PMs, design teams, and vendors to deliver on time and to spec.

Compensation includes base salary $118,300–$169,000 with annual bonus; onsite at data centers with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive construction QA/QC experience, preferably on large projects.
• Mission critical/data center construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform regular field inspections on active sites.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Spend 70-80% of time in the field conducting site walks and inspections.
• Oversee GC/subcontractor safety, quality plans, and ITPs.
• Monitor progress, testing, and commissioning activities on site.
• Document findings and drive corrective/preventive actions with PM and stakeholders.
• Attend weekly project, QA/QC, and EHS meetings and maintain logs.
