Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Construction to lead on-site, end-to-end delivery for large multi-building data center campuses.

You will oversee budgets exceeding $1B per data center, supervise GCs and vendors, and guide a high-performing team through design, procurement, vertical construction, MEP installation, commissioning, and phased turnovers. The role requires strong leadership across safety, quality, schedule, and cost, with a focus on zero-incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or relevant field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction teams for campus-wide projects (Site, Shell, MEP, Fit-out).
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost to meet 1B+ per data center budgets.
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
