Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field QA/QC across major data center projects.

You will oversee safety, quality, and commissioning activities, coordinate with GC and subcontractors, and ensure alignment with project specifications and NTT standards on multi-site deployments. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in construction quality assurance/control, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in construction quality assurance/control in data-centers or similar.
• Experience with multi-site, large-scale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, safety, and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and Owners.

Responsibilities

• Spend 70-80% of time in the field conducting daily site walks and inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs and quality.
• Provide QA/QC oversight of contractor processes, ITPs, testing, and workmanship.
• Monitor safety and quality, review safety plans, toolbox talks, and on-site walks.
• Audit materials and construction techniques for compliance with standards, and document findings.
• Coordinate with PM, GC, and subcontractors to drive timely corrective actions and closeout.
• Maintain detailed quality logs and punch lists for project records.
