Jacobs is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a data center project in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead pre-construction and construction, schedule development, and coordination with contractors under the Jacobs Management team.

The role demands 12+ years on large projects, a relevant engineering degree, and Data Center experience. Expect safety-focused leadership, BIM/Lean awareness, and extensive stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• 12+ years on large building or civil projects.
• Data Center project leadership and subcontractor management.
• Experience with data center upfits and related systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA70E and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-construction and construction planning.
• Develop and implement construction schedule and micro-scheduling.
• Review change orders and monitor progress daily.
• Lead daily/weekly contractor meetings to drive safety and costs.
• Provide detailed reporting to Owners and Jacobs management.
