Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience on large building or civil projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Experience leading a Data Center project team and managing subcontractors/vendors.
• Data Center experience and/or Data Center upfits.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and site logistics to optimize safety, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and implement construction schedules (CPM).
• Plan commissioning and micro-scheduling.
• Lead daily/weekly contractor meetings to drive safety, schedule, and cost.
• Review contractor and vendor execution plans and monitor progress.
