Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or 15+ years of related experience.
• 15+ years of data center or critical infrastructure construction experience.
• Proven Owner's Representative or Senior Construction Project Manager on hyperscale data center programs.
• Experience leading large contractor workforces across multiple sites; programs $300M–$1.5B+.
• Strong CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Senior certifications (PMP, RMP, PCP, PBA, OSHA 30) preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Lead owner-side construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center fit-outs across multiple leased sites.
• Maintain cost and schedule certainty; escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Direct Construction Managers, vendors, and contractor workforces; mentor team members.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with GCs, landlords, designers, consultants, vendors; provide executive reporting.
• Lead cost-change processes and defend favorable pricing in collaboration with cost/schedule teams.
• Drive recovery plans to restore schedule performance and ensure handover readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through standardized processes; implement portfolio-wide best practices.
• Collaborate with internal customers to define scope and sequence work packages.
• Own and maintain project schedules; manage risks and turnover dates.
• Oversee live data center work, including MOPs, coordination among contractors and QA/QC teams.
• Manage project closeout and turnover activities; escalate significant issues to leadership.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across all sites.
