Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager in New Albany, OH to lead on-site construction activities for new data centers. You will own project scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with Operations, Networking, and Security teams to deliver cost-efficient, energy-conscious facilities.

The role emphasizes cost control, vendor management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of safety and quality while enabling scalable infrastructure for AWS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production.
Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS.
Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects, scope, schedule, and budget.
Direct interface with general contractors during bidding, award, and closeout.
Perform financial analysis and create project scope and proposals.
Manage construction documents including submittals, RFIs, changes, and invoicing.
