Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in construction management of large, complex data center projects.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution and closeout phases.
• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and RFQ/RFP documents.
• Perform financial analysis of construction projects.
• Manage construction projects to increase data center resiliency.
• Review electrical/mechanical design constructability for data centers.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoicing, and documents.
• Ensure QA/QC and report key metrics to team and management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution.
