Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in large building/civil construction projects.
• Data Center project experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors/vendors.
• Knowledge of electrical power tie-ins, sensors, cabling, and controls.
• Familiarity with NFPA70E and BIM/Lean technologies.
• OSHA 30 completed or achievable within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and construction planning from start to finish.
• Review contractor performance for schedule and quality.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules; lead meetings.
• Audit quantities and support invoicing reviews.
• Drive safety culture and IAP schedule sequencing.
• Coordinate with Owner and Jacobs management on progress.
