Zusammenfassung

McKinstry is seeking a Project Manager - Data Center Innovations in Pasco, WA to lead delivery of complex data center projects. You will develop strategies, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years in PM/engineering/construction, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: MS Project, Primavera, Suretrak.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• CPM, PE, LEED designations are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic estimating skills.
• Experience with construction financial programs.
• RCDD, CPM designation is preferred.
• Understanding of accounting and financial management.

Aufgaben

• Identifies resources to achieve project goals.
• Develops project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Coordinates with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner.
• Manages change orders and subcontractor billing.
• Supports business development in bids and proposals.
• Ensures site safety and regulatory compliance.
