Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center Innovations in Pasco, WA. You will lead complex projects from design through construction, coordinating with key stakeholders to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years in PM/engineering/construction, and OSHA 30. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and SureTrak is expected. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources to achieve project goals and develop plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, change orders and subcontractor billing.
• Monitor safety compliance on site and ensure timely project closeout.
• Mentor and lead project team members and support business development with proposals.
