Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction to join our Data Center Innovations division in Dallas, TX. This role will oversee high‑complexity projects, manage client relationships, provide leadership to multiple Project Managers, and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction from initiation to closeout.

Ideal candidate has 8–10 years in project management, engineering, or construction, a BA/BS in Construction Management or related field, and deep knowledge

• 8-10 years in project management, engineering, or construction.
• BA/BS in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, financials, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout with plans, schedules, and scope.
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination for project completion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage procurement, safety compliance, and risk for all phases.
• Define responsibilities and ensure accurate reporting and closeout.
