You will drive business development, oversee project controls, manage teams, and foster strong client relations, ensuring projects meet goals, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years of project management experience in construction.
• Five years of managing a team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Proficiency with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or SureTrak.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all project activities, define assignments, and allocate resources.
• Serve as primary customer contact during project implementation.
• Maintain accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders and manage project finances.
• Develop positive working relationships with field personnel and craft foremen; review design progress.
