Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Executive - Data Center Construction to join our Data Center Innovations division in Dallas, TX. You will lead complex sales and project initiatives, manage key client relationships, and ensure projects align with company strategy.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of construction experience, including data center projects, and demonstrated leadership in sales and delivery. A DBIA certification is preferred, and a bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience in various procurement methods and running large projects.
• 5+ years managing a team and five years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience on large data center projects.
• DBIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales and project initiatives and manage key client relationships.
• Drive business growth and project success aligning with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional decision making with engineering, preconstruction, estimating, accounting, purchasing, and marketing.
• Oversee project execution including contract management, financials, and risk mitigation.
