Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center capital projects within the Design & Construction team, spanning from permitting to turnover.

You will coordinate procurement, contracting, construction management, and document control while supporting cross-department process improvements.

Projects include ground-up data centers, upgrades, expansions, and large customer fit-outs, with emphasis on timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Manage every aspect of assigned capital construction projects including permitting and contracting.
• Coordinate procurement of vendor products and services and construction management.
• Administer document control, invoice processing and change management.
• Coordinate with commissioning, documentation closeout and turn-over.
• Assist or lead process improvement efforts and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Entitlements & Property Development support including site exploration and diligence as required by AHJ processes.
• Preconstruction/Predevelopment assistance with Design Manager and Campus Project Director.
• Procurement & Contracting: review RFPs for contractors, vendors, and equipment; define scope and pricing.
• Enter requisitions into Netsuite and coordinate purchasing handoffs.
• Finalize project scope, schedule and budget; coordinate with Finance for cash management.
• Construction Management, Administration & Document Control: manage scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality; produce weekly project reports.
