Job summary

Related Digital is hiring a Senior Project Manager with a deep background in data center construction to oversee all phases from concept to turnover. The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership and collaboration with design, development, finance, marketing, and sales teams.

This full-time position is based in New Florence, Missouri. You will manage RFPs, budgets, schedules, approvals, and risk while coordinating with authorities and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination efforts to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Track and resolve design review comments and issues.
• Propose value engineering solutions to maintain budget and schedule.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor appointments; ensure accountability and quality standards.
• Lead contract negotiations with GCs; ensure risk mitigation and clarity.
