Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital construction projects, including permitting, procurement coordination, contracting, and construction administration for data center initiatives.

You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor relations, change orders, and closeout, with extensive collaboration across Real Estate, Design, Procurement and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading design teams; data center project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned capital construction projects from permitting to turnover.
• Coordinate procurement of vendor products and services and contracting.
• Develop and manage master project budgets and schedules.
• Lead preconstruction activities and RFP processes for GC services.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and adherence to budget.
• Facilitate closeout documentation and turnover to Operations.
