Job summary

Meta seeks a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end data center buildouts, overseeing civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive analytics-informed decision making, manage schedules, cost performance, and contractor execution, and serve as the technical authority on construction methods, QA/QC, and project controls across a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management for data centers or similar facilities.
• Experience with project controls, schedule analysis, cost tracking, EV.
• Experience managing general contractors and subs across multiple scopes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, procurement, commissioning.
• Experience with RFI management, submittal review, change orders, and claims avoidance.
• Strong data-driven decision-making using analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction management for large-scale data center projects.
• Develop integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers.
• Enforce QA/QC across GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and commissioning to resolve field conflicts.
• Oversee contractor performance, safety, and milestone accountability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with real estate, procurement, and operations.
• Define and implement construction reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Lead lessons-learned and help develop future standards and playbooks.
