Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading design teams is required.
• Experience with budget analysis, scheduling, progress reporting and procurement is required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned capital construction projects including permitting, procurement, contracting, construction management and administration.
• Oversee documentation control, invoice processing and change management; coordinate with commissioning and closeout.
• Lead or assist process improvement efforts and cross‑functional coordination.
• Develop master project budgets and schedules; issue RFIs and RFPs for GC services.
• Ensure coordination with Finance for cash management and ensure adherence to project criteria.
