Job summary
Cardinal Health seeks a senior data analytics leader to guide discovery, design and realization of data-driven solutions across the organization. You will mentor analytics teams, partner with executives, and drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics with a product-first mindset.
You will collaborate with product owners, cloud teams, offshore developers, and business users to deliver high-impact analytics, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term value realization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first mindset and lifecycle management of analytical products.
- 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field at senior/lead level preferred.
- Proven coaching, mentoring, and upskilling data analysts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI/ML applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams.
- Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and scope high-value data use cases.
- Identify AI/advanced analytics opportunities and champion learning use cases.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to design scalable analytics products.
- Perform discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis to solve problems.
