Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the commercial measurement engine for Spotlight Listings. You will define KPIs, build SSOT dashboards, and guide pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions in a high-visibility role with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes causal inference, experimental design, and translating analytics into revenue impact. Based in Austin, TX, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or quantitative analytics with end-to-end measurement ownership.
• Deep fluency in causal inference and designing experiments for marketplace settings.
• Strong SQL and Python applied to large-scale clickstream and transaction data; experience with Snowflake and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the canonical performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings, defining KPIs and SSOT dashboards.
• Build and maintain the inventory capacity model and partner with Sales to operationalize limits.
• Lead experimental design for SPL pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions with adequate power and defensible readouts.
• Own SPL revenue and activation reporting end-to-end and support enterprise agreements and pricing pilots.
• Drive data quality and pipeline integrity across SPL assets and ensure Tier 1 reliability.
