Job summary

Scale Media is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to own the truth behind our customer journey. You will be a data detective focusing on retention, lifecycle, churn analysis, and LTV optimization across CRM and loyalty platforms like Klaviyo and Loyalty Lion.

You will bridge raw behavioral data, email/SMS performance, and long-term brand loyalty with Brand and Retention teams, delivering insights and actionable dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on data analysis experience.
• DTC e-commerce experience; fluent with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data schemas.
• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Tableau.
• Familiar with KNIME or dbt; Python/Alteryx acceptable.
• Understanding of ELT tools (Hevo, Fivetran, Airbyte) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, clean, and analyze CRM/loyalty data to derive insights on LTV and cohort behavior.
• Build churn models and track retention across the customer lifecycle.
• Create dashboards in Tableau and prepare reports aligning CRM metrics with revenue.
