Job summary

Scale Media is looking for a Director of Analytics to lead and scale its data and analytics function. You will report to the VP of Growth and own the end-to-end analytics strategy across marketing, finance, retention, and inventory analytics.

This hands-on leadership role drives how the company measures marketing incrementality, forecasts the business, models unit economics, and predicts customer value. You will manage the analytics team and oversee the data engineering roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end analytics for a marketing-driven or DTC/ecommerce business.
• Deep expertise in marketing measurement including experimentation, incrementality, MMM, and MTA.
• Experience with retention analytics, LTV modeling, and churn/contribution-margin prediction.
• Financial forecasting and unit-economics modeling experience including setting marketing targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Scale's companywide analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate data needs into analytics solutions.
• Own marketing measurement framework including experimentation, incrementality, MMM, and MTA.
