Qualifications

• 5-9+ years of analytics/data science and related quantitative work.
• Experience in a high-growth startup with limited resources and shifting priorities.
• Own end-to-end data domain, generate questions and drive decisions.
• Experience building data models and improving data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business questions into scoped analyses and drive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytical engine behind Trust & Will across marketing and revenue.
• Define questions worth asking and build models to answer them for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and set analytical standards across teams.
• Manage recurring dashboards and ensure data reliability and freshness.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and surface actionable insights before stakeholders ask.
