Job summary

Trust & Will, a remote-first company born in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to own the analytics engine across marketing and revenue. You will define questions, build models, and guide the roadmap based on data insights to inform conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineer, and marketing leadership to ensure data reliability, scale dashboards, and surface actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5-9+ years of analytics/data science and some data engineering or related quantitative role.
• Experience building data models and analyzing poor data pipelines.
• Experience owning a data domain end-to-end, generating questions and driving decisions.
• Strong SQL, Python and BI tool experience (ThoughtSpot/Omni).
• Comfort with AI-assisted analytics and self-serve data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own development of data models within lakehouse architecture; prioritize SQL and robust testing.
• Ensure data reliability; identify and resolve upstream quality issues.
• Architect semantic layer for self-serve exploration via BI platforms and AI tools.
• Partner with marketing and engineering leadership to support quarterly roadmaps.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders; mentor analysts.
