Job summary

Reserv seeks a Senior Analyst to define our growth potential by shaping our data model and semantic layer for analytics and intelligent tools. You will develop robust Python- and SQL-based dashboards and reports to illuminate the claims lifecycle and operational performance.

The role requires strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work independently or with engineering and operations teams to advance Reserv’s data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong SQL skills with large, structured datasets.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Clear communicator able to present findings to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for executives and functional leaders.
• Develop Python- and SQL-based reports to analyze the claim lifecycle and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to map source systems to a standard data model.
• Conduct analyses to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Serve as technical liaison between data team and internal stakeholders.
