Job summary

Reserv is seeking a senior data analyst in the United States to define growth potential and deliver high-fidelity data and insights for customers. You will work with our data stack—Python, Postgres/dbt, Looker—and lead client conversations, delivering actionable recommendations and robust reporting.

You will ship data models and visualizations, collaborate with engineering and operations, and shape our data strategy while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years as an individual contributor with analytics and programming experience
• Strong ability to interface with customers and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience building ETLs and creating data visualizations/reports
• Track record of shipping high-quality data analysis at a rapid cadence
• Passion for intuitive tech and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Work with our data stack: Python (Pandas to NLTK), Postgres/dbt, Looker, Excel, etc.
• Lead client calls through technical analysis to provide recommendations and insights
• Ship reporting code and improve our data modeling layer for customers' needs
• Tackle problems without a defined answer and help define the right solution
• Communicate ideas and specifications through precise writing
• Influence culture, values, and processes of the growing engineering team
• Be creative and think outside the box to solve complex problems
