Job summary

Clarus is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team remotely in the USA. This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership to deliver dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that improve pipeline visibility, retention, and product adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on data analysis experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and a track record of building scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, metrics, and models.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models to improve consistency and reduce manual reporting.
• Define KPI definitions, calculation logic, and data sources.
• Design reporting assets for operational and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to define analytical needs.
• Balance recurring reporting with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze CRM data, sales pipelines, funnels, customer activity, and business performance.
• Develop customer health scoring methodologies and lifecycle analyses.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries for leadership meetings and planning sessions.
