Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our data team in a fully remote role. You will build and maintain dashboards, develop Python- and SQL-based reports, and partner with engineering and operations to model data and unlock insights across claims workflows.

You’ll translate complex datasets into clear analyses, present recommendations to senior leaders, and help shape data strategy as Reserv scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an individual contributor in data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with large, structured datasets (Postgres, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Looker or similar tools (Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leaders.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards providing actionable insights for executives and leaders.
• Develop Python- and SQL-based reports to understand claim lifecycle and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering/operations to map source systems into a standardized data model.
• Conduct analyses to identify performance issues, root causes, and recommendations for leadership.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the data team and internal stakeholders.
