Formación

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive business experience in HR, strategy, or related fields.
• Data-driven with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior executives.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and presentation facilitation skills.
