Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Deep understanding of VoC metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in mixed-methods analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze VoC data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Merge VoC data with internal revenue and transactional data sets to tie customer feedback to renewal, churn prevention, and expansion outcomes; execute advanced analytics and measure impact of strategies.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Translate complex data sets into cohesive narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Generate comprehensive reports analyzing VoC data for leadership.
• Audit and ensure accuracy and accessibility of customer data in collaboration with technology teams.
• Contribute to data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead recurring meetings to track VoC health and align stakeholders.
