Rentokil North America is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Scientist to lead a 2–3 person data science team and advance marketing analytics. You will drive data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, improve customer insights, and maximize ROI across initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in ML, experimentation, and causal analysis, with collaboration across Marketing, Product, and IT. Remote-friendly, with a base pay range and a focus on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive data science experience with 2–3 years in leadership managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 data scientists.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle from ideation to production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, and Data Engineering to translate findings into actions.
• Define roadmaps for marketing analytics initiatives and lead advanced modeling efforts (MMM, CLTV, segmentation, attribution).
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
